The product must be unused and returned with its original packaging material. Upon receipt of the merchandise, we will immediately proceed to reimburse the amount paid for it, using the same means of payment used to make the purchase.

To make the return, the customer must contact Blue Bird Natural Care.

In the event that the product shows traits of use, the return will not proceed and the merchandise will remain at the customer's disposal at the Blue Bird Natural Care facilities.  for its collection, for a period of 30 calendar days after its return, after which it will be discarded.

The client has 5  calendar days to return a product, which are counted from the date of receipt in cases of shipments.

RESTRICTIONS

The Return Policies do not apply for the following cases:

• Products distributed for Hospitality, Commercial and Institutional projects and special confections (except those attributable to the quality of the product).

TRANSPORT

The shipment of the merchandise will be done through Estafeta ®, by land service with a delivery time of 2 to 5 business days.

According to the policies of said company, delivery will be made at an open time between 9:00 and 18:00.

Estafeta ® will make 2 delivery attempts at the recipient's address. On the first unsuccessful delivery attempt, a notification will be left. From this date the recipient would have 5 days to collect the package. A second delivery attempt will be made.

The delivery service will be the responsibility of Estafeta ® and will be governed by the service contract published on its website. For more information, consult the customer service module at:

Blue Bird Natural Care reserves the right to change the courier company without express notification to the customer.

Orders will be shipped within two business days following the purchase date, with the exception of those  containing personalized items or with the legend of  Product subject to manufacture.  Orders received by 11:59 pm (Hermosillo City time) will be shipped within two business days of receipt of payment confirmation.

During the Good End of November and the Christmas Sales  delivery time can be  between 1 to 2 weeks. 

Orders that include personalized items or items that are identified with the legend: Product subject to manufacture, will be shipped within 7 business days.

At the end of the purchase, the client will receive an order confirmation email that will include the details of the products purchased. In case the courier company does not find the person at their home and the corresponding notifications have been made to the client, the package will be returned to our offices  and the merchandise will be available to the client for a period of 90 days from its arrival at our facilities. The cost of re-sending said merchandise, if it is claimed, will be borne by the interested party. After 90 days Blue Bird Natural Care  will not be responsible for the merchandise. At certain times or dates of the year, shipments will be delayed due to the cessation of activities, once we return to our daily work, shipments will be restored as indicated in our policies.
